This wiki was created as resource for College of Nursing faculty and contains a library of nutritional cases studies for use as a learning activity within blackboard. Each learning activity presents a case study in the form of a short video depicting a nutritional issue. Students explore the case study resources and use them in conjunction with prior knowledge to find a solution. A question worksheet along with an answer key is provided with each cases study. Students answer the specific questions within the worksheet and participate in an online discussion regarding the patient’s diagnoses and treatment.

To find a case study for your course use the search feature to browse the wiki for the appropriate case study. To request a case study complete the request form on the individual case study page. A College of Nursing instructional designer will then work with you to include the learning activity in your course.
